Privacy policy

This policy explains what information DealsClutch handles, why it is used, and the choices available to users and data subjects.

01

Who is responsible

DealsClutch is operated as a product affiliated with Passport Planners Limited and Passport Planners LLC. The entity identified in your order form or service agreement is responsible for account, website, billing, and support data.

When a customer places personal data inside a DealsClutch workspace, that customer is normally the controller and DealsClutch normally acts as a processor on the customer's instructions.

02

Information we handle

The information handled depends on how the service is used. It can include account details, profile information, workspace membership, login and security records, subscription information, support communications, device information, and product activity.

  • CRM data such as leads, companies, contact details, notes, tasks, meetings, messages, files, documents, invoices, and workflow activity.
  • Connection information for services the workspace chooses to integrate, including provider identifiers, connection status, and protected credentials.
  • Technical records used to secure, operate, diagnose, and improve the service.
03

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure DealsClutch, authenticate users, maintain tenant and workspace isolation, process subscriptions, deliver requested integrations, prevent misuse, communicate about the service, comply with legal duties, and improve reliability.

The legal basis can be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or a legal obligation depending on the activity and the user's location.

04

Connected services

A workspace can connect third-party services for email, calendars, messaging, calling, files, payments, scheduling, and AI assistance. DealsClutch sends data to a connected service only as needed for the action the user or workspace requests.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Workspace administrators should review provider settings, scopes, retention, and account rules before enabling a connection.

05

Sharing and subprocessors

Information can be shared with authorized workspace members, infrastructure and communication providers, payment processors, professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We use service providers only for defined operational purposes and require appropriate confidentiality and data-protection commitments where applicable.

06

International transfers

DealsClutch and its providers can process information in more than one country. Where a transfer requires a safeguard, the relevant entity uses an available lawful mechanism such as contractual protections or an adequacy framework.

07

Retention and deletion

Information is retained for the life of the account and for a limited period afterward when needed for recovery, security, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations. Retention varies by data type, provider connection, and workspace configuration.

Workspace owners should export information they need before deleting a workspace. Backup copies can remain for a limited operational cycle before being removed or overwritten.

08

Security

DealsClutch uses access controls, tenant-aware authorization, protected provider credentials, transport security, logging, backups, and operational safeguards proportionate to the service.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their credentials, use authorized accounts, and report suspected misuse promptly.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

If DealsClutch processes the requested CRM information for a customer, the request can be directed to that customer so the controller can make the decision. We assist the customer where required.

10

Cookies and browser storage

DealsClutch uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, workspace selection, security, cookie preferences, theme, and other settings required for the service to work.

Optional analytics or marketing storage should be used only when enabled and permitted. Browser controls can clear stored data, but doing so can sign the user out or reset local preferences.

11

Children and changes

DealsClutch is a business service and is not directed to children. We can update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate product or account channel.
